NIST 800-171 COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION SOFTWARE, LICENSED FOR PROFESSIONAL CYBERSECURITY CONSULTANTS & MANAGED SERVICES PROVIDERS
Create a comprehensive NIST 800-171 Cybersecurity Compliance Document for each of your clients, customized specifically to that clients’ business and their current network security status.
The easy-to-use software allows a cybersecurity professional or Managed Services Provider (MSP) to complete the documentation one numbered Requirement at a time, simplifying the process and allowing for start/stop as often as needed.
Each Requirement document is completed step-by-step using the overview information and questions posed in the “Q&A” questionnaire pages. A text field after the final Q&A section allows for custom control comments to be added to the documentation. The answers from the questionnaire are used to create the finished SSP (Systems Security Plan) and POA&M (Plan of Actions & Milestones) documentation, both of which are printed upon the completion of that Requirement.
Once all 14 Requirements are completed and printed, a cover page (with your company logo), an index page, and an attestation page (to be signed by the CTO and CEO) is created from the 15th PDF provided in the .zip download. Then all of the printed sections are collated and compiled into a finished report, ready for inspection whenever requested.

UPDATES FOR ONE YEAR, THEN HALF PRICE RENEWALS
The Documentation already includes Draft Revision 2 requirements. CMMC mapping is expected to be approved by mid-2020 and likely required before January 2021, and will be included as part of the documentation when the final standards are set.
Any time a significant update is made to the CyberConfirm™ content, a notification email is sent outlining the changes to that content or regulations along with a reminder to download the new edition. To keep up with the DoD’s ever-evolving cybersecurity requirements, the most up-to-date version of the CyberConfirm™ software is always available for download from within the user’s online account after login. The most recent version of the software download is accessible for one year after the initial purchase. Once that initial year period expires, subsequent updates are available to customers for additional one year periods, with the renewal for each subsequent year charged at half price of the initial purchase.
FUTURE-PROOFED: the NIST 800-171 requirements will roll into Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) some time in 2020. Fully aware that change is constant, CyberConfirm software is built future-proofed: no time or effort is ever wasted! Export out the answers from any previously-completed 171 documentation using Acrobat. Import that data into the newly updated CMMC documents. Then edit any answers where your system settings have changed, answer the new questions for CMMC, save and print. CyberConfirm will be updated for CMMC Levels 1-5 with guidance that meets the auditing standards of the DoD. With easy-to-implement ongoing updates, CyberConfirm is NIST-compliant today and CMMC-compliant in the future. CMMC Rollout Update >
